Directions for use
¡¡Putty is surface filling material before
pre-treatment .Its main aim is filling holes on surface and
correcting the curve windage of surface.It includes oily and
water putty which are used for oil paint and latex paint respectively.
¡¡¡¡The connection between lacquer film and putty is same as that
between hair and skin.So,in some sense,putty is decisive to
the performance of paint film and the effect of decoration.
¡¡¡¡Our "Blue Star Adamantine"putty has good performance,such
as tight putty layer,small paint consumption,good fluidity and
exquisite surface.Its surface will not pulverize and the paint
film will not foam,fall off and chap.,it is unharmful to human
body.
Basic Layer Treatment£º
¡ïCheck if there are empty hub and
crackle in the wall and if the wall surface is loose and damaged
.
¡ïRepair crackle: fill elastic putty
in or stick strip on serious crackles.
¡ïFill curve windage or sunken places
which are larger than 5mm with gesso and white latex ;fill serious
holes with cement plasm.
¡ïEliminate loose,damaged or cracked
old coating and clean old paper and oil stain etc.
¡ïTimber board should be coated
after dilluted with oil paint and the nailheads should be coated
with rustproof paint.
After the basic
layer is cleaned,the humidity of wall is less than 10%.When
alkalescence is less than PH10,the putty can be applied.
¡ïOpen the packing bag,pack the
putty in barrel,place putty on knife or mud hand,apply it on
walls.The thickness of putty should be less than 0.5mm.
¡ï The putty is applied for 2-3
times and the interval is 4-6 hours.
¡ïDrying time£ºsurface drying<
3 hours£¬total drying< 30 hours.The drying time varies from
different climates.
¡ïAfter the surface has dried,polish
it with sand paper.
Small consumption£º1.4-2.4m2/kg¡¤at
a time;The actual consumption depends on the condition of wall
surface.
Strong construction£ºeasy
construction.
Paint-saving£ºDue to its
high intensity and dense texture,the putty can save 20-30% of
latex.
Long storage period£ºIt can
be stored for 4 months.
Others£ºThe outer wall putty
can be used as scratching putty .
Remark£ºThe putty for inner
and outer wall can not be mixed .Our products can not be mixed
with that of other companies and other glue liquid can not be
added in it. |
